As a Business Consulting Advisor, you will represent our product portfolio for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain in North America.Â
Who are you?
During pre-sales, your excellent presentation skills, market knowledge, and subject matter expertise prove invaluable as you effortlessly position our business solutions. You know exactly how to engage and inspire your audience during a product demo, and continuously document requirements. When not engaged in sales activities, you ensure that demo environments and data remain up-to-date and relevant.
During the software implementation, you guide your partner/customer during all activities, and you propose system setup and configurations that match their requirements. You help navigate the whole process and offer support for technical inquiries, not only during implementation but also post-go-live.
You understand that relationships are based on trust, and you achieve this by sharing best practices and being a true advisor. You are driven to support both partners and colleagues to be successful during the end-to-end sales and implementation cycle.
Responsibilities
- Support internal and external sales teams to showcase our solutions
- Support our partners and customers with:
- Requirements gathering
- Application configuration, implementation, and testing
- Design and testing new features
- Analyzing and solving functional issues
- Act as Project Manager in internal and external projects
- Act as Support Partner for colleagues and partners
- Ensure the best possible value for our customers
- Provide and implement best practices for using our solutions
- Understand our customers' internal processes
- Requirements gathering
- Application configuration, implementation, and testing
- Design and testing new features
- Analyzing and solving functional issues
Required skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Minimum of 5 years of documented experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
- Proven track record in pre-sales consulting
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- College degree or equivalent in IT / Finance/ Business and Administration
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests at the same time
- Experience in project management and accounting
