Solutions Sales Executive
General Description of Role
Looking to help build a high-performing sales team at a fast-growing company? Join SignUp Software, a global leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ISV solutions, as a Solution Sales Executive. This senior role focuses on driving ExFlow and Axtension solution portfolio revenues in the United States. As a player/coach, you will build and lead a direct sales team, shaping our sales strategy and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts across corporate and enterprise customers. Conduct workshops, webinars, and direct engagements to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Sales Execution: Engage with customers to understand their business needs, uncover pain points, and quantify how SignUp Software’s ExFlow and Axtension solutions can unlock new efficiencies and cost savings opportunities. This role will lead the sales process from initial engagement to closing deals.
- Solution Design + Demos: Collaborate with our pre-sales technical teams to design tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and deliver tangible business results. Present and articulate the value proposition of ExFlow and Axtension solutions to stakeholders, create compelling value cases, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast business performance. Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of prospects and solution revenues.
- Partner Collaboration: Work closely with key partners, including system integrators and Microsoft to drive joint sales initiatives, uncover and drive new opportunities expand our market reach.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technology-related SaaS sales or account management.
- Growth mindset and self-driven to learn new skills, be a great teammate, and compete for business in a tough market
- Strong written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
- Strategic thinking and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with Microsoft partners and ISVs.
- Experience using LinkedIn for social selling, marketing, and customer engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution sales or sales leadership experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, retail and consumer goods finance or business operations.
