Sales & Account Support Specialist

As a Sales and Account Support Specialist, you will be part of a team of six people who all report to the Sales Operations Manager in Sweden. Together you will support SignUp´s international sales teams in Europe, United States, Asia and Australia. In your role as a Sales and Account Support Specialist, you will act as a support function to the sales team but also directly to already existing customers. This means that you will have a lot of contact with several internal departments as well as customers and partners.
Language Requirements
Given the importance of our German, Swedish, and English-speaking markets, this role requires fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English, as well as proficiency in German for conversation, reading, and writing. You should be comfortable engaging with clients across these regions, coordinating sales activities effectively, and ensuring seamless communication and efficient support in each language.
Responsibilities
A typical day can consist of answering incoming inquiries, booking and holding your own meetings with customers, preparing quotes, ensuring correct information in the CRM system and reviewing contracts. You will also participate in sales meetings and negotiations. This is a very important part of the sales organization and you will get the opportunity for long-term development within the company.
Your main tasks will Include:
- Additional sales on existing customers (additional software solutions and volume upgrade of existing software licenses)
- Create new contracts for new customers, acting as administrative support for the Sales team
- Ensuring correct registration in MS Dynamics CRM
- Assisting with quotes to partners and internally
Your primary working tools will be MS Dynamics CRM and for communication MS Outlook, MS Teams and telephone. You will also handle a lot of tasks in MS Excel and MS Word, which means that you need to have good knowledge of the Office package in general. You feel very confident with speaking English and won´t hesitate to pick up the phone in order to solve potential issues with customers or coordinate with other departments internally.

Qualifications
In order to fit and succeed in this role, we believe you have the following background:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales/sales support.
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Good insight into how a sales process works
- Experience of license sales
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
- Proficient in German for written and verbal communication (native fluency not required)
- Experience with license sales related to the Microsoft suite (preferred)
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is meritorious
Addional Information
This is a full-time position (40h/w) with working hours 8-17, with flexible hours and the possibility to work remotely several days per week. Fixed monthly salary. You will be based at the head office at Evenemangsgatan by Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, Stockholm.
