As an Application Consultant at SignUp Software, you will be working on project delivery and application support as a start. The solutions are built in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and help automate financial processes.

Role Overview

As an Application Consultant, you will facilitate the successful implementation of our clients’ ExFlow systems, including offsite and on-site work. You will be encouraged and expected to develop your professional skills and competencies. Your expertise in understanding customer requirements, technical feasibility, and project management will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Delighting our clients with exceptional customer service

• Pre-sales assistance when required

• Implementation planning and the delivery of value-added work, to scope, deadline and budget

• Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design

• Business and systems analysis and documentation

• Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality

• Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation

• ExFlow application configuration and setup

• Provide ExFlow training to both internal and external clients

• Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time

• Design and execution of data migration strategies

• Go-live and post-live support

Technical Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Finance experience (preferable Accounts Payable area)

• Previous experience of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations software

• Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure.

• Understanding and assimilating information from various sources

• Being able to recognise and deal with conflict or sensitive situations

• Commercial awareness and total dedication to delivering maximum return on investment for our clients.

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a team-based consulting environment.

• Demonstrated experience implementing ExFlow for Dynamics Finance and Operations

• Accounting qualifications are of great benefit but not necessarily essential

Personal Skills

• Driven to continually improve your personal skills and improve both our business and our clients’ businesses

• Fluency in English both written and verbal

• Strong team-leading skills including the ability to support other team members in achieving their objectives

• A clear ability to organise your own time and resources

• Effective and clear written communication skills

• Effective communication with senior management as well as junior staff at our clients
