Application Support Specialist Business Central

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join our team in Solna!
As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a key role in representing SignUp in all customer and partner interactions through our support channels. Our product suite is built into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and you will be on the front line, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service experience.
You will provide both application and technical support, assisting customers with a wide range of issues related to our products—offering guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer and partner support inquiries.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in all interactions, aligned with SignUp’s ambition and goals to provide outstanding support.
- Collaborate closely with managers, your immediate support team, and product teams to resolve technical issues and implement necessary changes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and forward potential sales leads within the organization.
Main Job Assignments
- Manage, resolve, and follow up on incoming support tickets from customers and partners via our support portal and phone.
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups to customers throughout the ticket-lifecycle.
- Offer technical expertise and detailed responses to client queries regarding our products.
- Log, track, and document issues, feature requests, and solutions accurately in our CRM, support system or other platforms.
Qualifications
- Educational background in IT, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in working with customer-facing roles and building strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and identify effective solutions independently
- Solid technical understanding and ability to quickly learn and navigate software systems.
- General knowledge of accounts payable is considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and general IT tools.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong social skills and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Patient and composed, with the ability to handle challenging or time-sensitive situations with professionalism and care.

- This is a full-time position (40h/w) with working hours 8-17, with flexible hours and the possibility to work remotely several days per week.
