As Financial Officer at Dynamicweb DK, you will play a key role in a collaborative and trusted finance team that supports the business both locally and at group level. You will take ownership of core financial processes across accounting, payroll, reporting, and invoicing, while working closely with Sales Operations, Professional Services and stakeholders across the organization. About the team
You will join a close-knit finance team of four (including you), responsible for all finance-related tasks for Dynamicweb DK, covering both local and group-level matters. While each team member has their own area of responsibility, collaboration and mutual support are central to how we work. Responsibilities
Monthly invoicing of both project hours and license subscription
Close collaboration with Sales Operations regarding our subscription business
Responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
Responsibility for VAT and tax reporting
Responsibility for payroll, including: Bonus payouts, Pension, Health insurance, Vacation, Reimbursement of parental leave and sick leave and Payroll reconciliation
What we are looking for
More than 3 years of experience in various accounting roles
Solid knowledge of closing procedures, accounting tasks, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Experience with payroll administration and reconciliation, as well as strong knowledge of Danish regulations related to salary, vacation, and reimbursement
Proficiency in Danish accounting standards and tax regulations
Strong understanding of VAT and income tax regulations in Denmark and the EU
Strong communication skills in both English and Danish
It’s also a plus if you have:
Proficiency in accounting systems, MS Excel, and Microsoft D365 Business Central
Experience with mergers and acquisitions
Experience working in SaaS companies and an understanding of tech business models
Experience working in a global organization and handling intercompany transactions
A background from an accounting or audit firm

Location: Aarhus, Denmark
Type: Permanent, full-time. The role requires being present at the office in Viby J at least four days per week as a standard.
