About the job
Actively seeking an experienced and talented full-time ExFlow Dynamics 365 BC Application & Presales Consultant to join an empowered international product services company. As an ExFlow SMB Application & Presales Consultant, you will split your time equally between implementing ExFlow solutions for clients and supporting presales efforts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure the system, and ensure a seamless implementation experience. Additionally, you will be instrumental in providing sales with product expertise, demoing solutions, training and supporting our partner network, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully promote and support ExFlow.
Required Skills
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business accounting, information technology or work-related experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Central implementations, presales, or partner training, with a strong understanding of D365 Business Central and AP automation.
- You are enthusiastic about customer service and have a passion for improving client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with clients and partners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- You have a strong understanding of accounting knowledge.
- You have the ability to meet deadlines utilizing strong organizational habits.
- You have excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities with strong client services orientation.
- You possess a professional presence and strong presentation skills suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or video.
- You have the ability to work closely with clients to define and document user requirements and functional specifications.
- You have experience with modeling business processes and translating requirements into a business application.
- You have excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
- You have advanced experience of Microsoft Office suite
- You can quickly learn new business processes or applications.

- Experience in ExFlow / AP Automation
- Experience in Presales role
- Experience giving product demos.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation (50%)
- Lead and manage ExFlow D365 BC implementations from start to finish, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with client requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, understand customer workflows, and configure solutions to meet business needs.
- Perform system setup, configuration, and testing, ensuring that ExFlow functions as expected for the client.
- Train clients on ExFlow functionalities, focusing on best practices for SignUp Software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation phases, collaborating with product and support teams as needed.
- Design and test new features.
- Provide technical support to customers.
Presales, Partner Training and Enablement (50%)
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand prospect needs and communicate the value of ExFlow.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting key features relevant to each prospect’s business.
- Support RFP responses, proposals, and other sales documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
- Address prospect questions and technical concerns, building trust and positioning SignUp Software as a leading AP automation solution provider.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to ensure partners are knowledgeable about ExFlow and how to implement with Business Central.
- Provide ongoing education and technical support to partners, equipping them to independently handle demos, implementations, and support.
- Create and update training materials, documentation, and resources for partner reference.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, helping them address complex client needs or technical challenges.
